Minimizes Yield losses by optimally clubbing Orders along the length and width. Generates Order Clubbing Plan for Finished Goods. Utilizes Inventory at Finished Goods, Intermediate or Raw Material Stage Optimally. Generates Optimal Raw Material dimensions based on Finished Goods dimensions.

Finished Product (Plate or Cold Rolled Coil) Cutting Plan

Looks at the available Plate or Cold Rolled Coil Inventory and clubs Orders which can be delivered from the existing Inventory with yield of over 80% (or a user defined percentage) to ensure fast consumption of slow moving plate inventory.

Slab or Hot Rolled Coil MRP

Looks at the long-term Orders and generates Slab MRP based on optimal clubbing in terms of width and length and in terms of thickness tolerances.

Mother Slab Cutting Plan

In case, the Orders cannot be delivered from the existing Plate or Child Slab Inventory, the system looks at the Mother Slabs which can be cut and rolled to the desired plate specifications and Clubs Orders to maximize the Yield. Generates both Slab cutting plan and Mother Plate Cutting Plan.

Material Match

Selects Inventory based on the (a) Order thickness (b) Thickness Tolerance, (d) Chemical Property Requirements etc. and combines Orders such that the final product fully meets the Customer Requirements in terms of specifications and tolerances.

ERP Integration

Plate & Slab Inventory and Order can be picked from ERP. Order and Inventory Specifications will also be integrated. In absence of Integration, system will be able to work off-line through excel upload of Order and Inventory data.



Length-wise and Width-wise Clubbing

Generates both Length-wise and Width-wise clubbing of Orders depending upon the Order Dimensions as shown below

Forceful Allocation

User will be able to override the Optimized Allocation generated by the System and forcefully allocate Orders to the Inventory.


Material Pegging

Once the Material Allocation is done, the system will maintain the Pegging. All allocation will happen from the free stock. User will be able to manually unpeg the Orders and free up the stocks if required.


Order Promise

Ability to Promise Order Delivery date by Checking the Plate Inventory, Existing and In-transit Slab Inventory which can be used to deliver the Order and based on the existing Material Pegging.


Raw Material (Slab or Hot Rolled Coil) Selection and Cutting Plan

In case, the Orders cannot be delivered from existing Finished Goods Inventory (Plate or Cold Rolled Coil), the system looks at the Raw Materials (Slab or Hot Rolled Coil) which can be rolled to the desired specifications and Clubs Orders to maximize the Yield. Considers Inventory on-hand as well as In-transits for Raw Material selection.
